Designed on the former wine cellar of the current Clos des Roses, a 36-hectare vineyard at the gates of Fréjus, this charming Provençal bastide offers high-end services between tradition and modernity. The superb rooms, on the first floor, offer interesting volumes and a beautiful luminosity. On the first floor, the restaurant is distinguished by its kitchen open to the room and its terrace. Its menu evolves according to the seasons and the daily menu remains a sure value.

Très content de cette soirée passée dans ce magnifique cadre en dégustant des plats très bien préparés. Excellent service et personnel très sympathique.

Cadre superbe. Plats bien mais sans plus par contre desserts excellents. Service correct. Tarifs finalement trop élevés pour la qualité de la cuisine qui manque d'originalité.

Toujours un repas de qualité, très bien cuisiné. Aujourd’hui le service un peu long car du monde . Toujours souriant.
Les plats changent régulièrement.
