Charming and pretty country house with panoramic terrace in the countryside in Gassin elaborating Provencal specialties
Since 2004, Laurent Mouret has reigned over this charming and pretty Provençal bastide nestled in the countryside in the middle of the Château Minuty vineyards. Specialties such as veal medallion with morels and fevettes, creamy polenta with old Comté cheese, served with Bérénice's smile as a bonus, combine classicism with originality. In the summer, service takes place on the panoramic terrace, in the shade of the hundred-year-old oak trees. In winter, it is in the warm room, redecorated in a refined Provencal style, with its wood-burning fireplace.

The very warm reception by 'la patronne' and the selection of our table was perfect. The serviceteam was super friendly and very professionel.
We did take the 3course Menue which can be recomnended in each course - as well as the Pampelonne rosé wine.
A small point we like to make, a selection of tapenade would have been a nice add on to the perfectly baked bread.
We will come back.
Nous n'avons jamais été déçus, mais là.... notre pitchounette (3 ans) à failli avaler une arête, suffisamment mauvaise pour provoquer un étouffement.

Sinon, pour les parents, cela reste un restaurant très agréable, très bonne cuisine, accueil sympathique....
J'ai hésité avant de publier ce post...mais si il peut éviter un accident...
