Charming and pretty country house with panoramic terrace in the countryside in Gassin elaborating Provencal specialties

Since 2004, Laurent Mouret has reigned over this charming and pretty Provençal bastide nestled in the countryside in the middle of the Château Minuty vineyards. Specialties such as veal medallion with morels and fevettes, creamy polenta with old Comté cheese, served with Bérénice's smile as a bonus, combine classicism with originality. In the summer, service takes place on the panoramic terrace, in the shade of the hundred-year-old oak trees. In winter, it is in the warm room, redecorated in a refined Provencal style, with its wood-burning fireplace.

Un magnifique moment suspendu hors du temps au cœur des terres et vignes de la région. Une cuisine travaillée, élaborée avec goût et avec un service de qualité. Des serveurs et une responsable à l’écoute, tous très accueillants pour un super rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande cet endroit à 100%, vous serez conquis !

5 pour le cadre , 2 pour le service et 3 pour le repas . C ' était bon mais pas exceptionnel . L " entrée était bien , le plat moyen et le dessert de remplacement une mousse citronnée pas excellente très déçue. Le café servi avec une galette St Michel très moyen .
