Éric Vigouroux's restaurant is located at the foot of the village, in the middle of the vineyards, on the road leading to La Croix-Valmer. Former chef to Eddy Barclay for nearly 15 years, Éric offers a varied menu with a Provençal flavour, made in-house and using fresh produce: glazed courgette cream with slices of fresh summer truffle, crumbled crab, roast duck breast with olives, fillet of sea bream in a virgin sauce, monkfish medallion with parsley cream, limoncello crème brûlée, lace tuile...
