Wake you up and ask to leave the room at 11am while no one mentioned it was at 11. Usually it is 12pm… They said it is written but if no one says it most of the time customer don’t read all the info in the room! Very rude persons not a friendly environment!
We are used to come to St Tropez every summer for 3 weeks while not go back to this Hotel!
The sheets were dirty and not clean well….

Cet hôtel ne vaut pas du tout son prix. Les draps était sale, l’ambiance est stressante alors qu’on est en vacances. Ils mettent la pression pour partir à 11h pile alors qu’ils ne préviennent pas l’horaire de Check out quand on arrive. La sympathie de la réception laisse à désirer.
