Julien Allègre prolongs the pleasures and persists in signing a gastronomic cuisine in the tradition of Claude Girard, Provencal and authentic, always in season with market products, which always delights the taste buds, carpaccio of purple artichokes with hazelnut oil, breaded veal sweetbreads with croutons, veal juice with carrots, saddle of lamb roasted with wild thyme, meringue glazed with Madagascar vanilla, rum baba with vanilla whipped cream and grand cru hot chocolate.... without forgetting the specialities with tuber melanosporum truffle.

Ristorante molto curato in un ambiente rustico.
Servizio con molta attenzione ai dettagli, ed alla cura del cliente.
Gli entré dello chef sono veramente di gran gusto e ricercatezza.
Abbiamo preso due secondi , uno di pesce ed uno di carne. Piatti composti in modo eccellente e con verdurine in contorno con sapori e profumi deliziosi.
