Olivier Etchart, master pastry chef, creates pastries combining tradition and originality, including rum babas.
Together with his wife Christel, master pastry chef Olivier Etchart has taken over from his parents, who moved to the village in 1973. His specialties include baba au rhum (sold in jars of 14 to 15 pieces), coup de soleil®, lemon tart, herb pie and pavé de Grimaud®. To enjoy these sweet treats, while sipping tea - to choose from a superb collection - the couple's terrace and winter lounge are at your disposal.
