A modern but discreet decor, warm furniture, a green garden; installed in downtown Hyères since 2014 (after 15 years in Le Lavandou), the Pavillon Thaï never ceases to delight the taste buds of Thai food lovers and the curious. Taste, for example, the squid stuffed with red curry, the papaya-shrimp salad, the tropical soups and the pepper and garlic meats. We recommend the three creations "Gourmande, Assortiment or Fraicheur Tropicale"; full and tasty plates. In short, a refined table full of exotic flavors!

Probablement le meilleur restaurant de Hyères. J'y ai retrouvé les saveurs de mon séjour en Thaïlande. Personnel très sympathique également.
Attention toutefois aux assiettes composition, ce sont des entrées, pas des plats, ne vous faites pas avoir car ce n'est pas précisé ! Et les cocktails ne sont aussi pas bien gros pour leur prix.

A quiet and delicious oasis in the center of Hyères. Steps from the Saturday market - a delightful and cool courtyard awaits serving up beautifully seasoned and authentic dishes. Save room for dessert - when available, the fresh mango with coconut rice is heavenly as are the flambéed bananas :0)

Pour l'aspect positif : accueil sympathique et les plats sont délicieux.
Concernant l'aspect négatif : les quantités sont ridicules et les prix très élevés.
On sort du restaurant sans avoir mangé à sa faim.
