Restaurant with garden offering creative dishes based on fresh produce from short supply chains, at reasonable prices.

A new restaurant near the beach. Hyerese chef Tom Cariano studied at Ducasse and with starred chef Robert Curry in California. In 2021, he opened this elegant restaurant with a cosy atmosphere, garden and palm trees. He delights us with his talent, his technique and his vision. In the plates, creativity on a base of fresh products from short channels: octopus tartar and ravioli with truffle cream! We love the decor and the lobster tank. A favorite address which is good for Hyères. Congratulations to the team!

Nous avons eu très froid je pense qu'une salle se prépare pour recevoir les clients.On arrange pas les trous d'air quand le client est placé !!.Le service était très bien .La cuisine peut mieux faire

Nous avons pris le menu à 55 euros, une entrée ,(courge rôtie)un plat (risotto noix saint jacques), un dessert (tartelette de clementines)Legumes et tapenade offerts en apéritif , le risotto et la tartelette étaient excellents nous avons moins apprécié l entrée car il y avait deux minuscules morceaux de courge (très bonnes)mais noyées dans de la betterave rouge en morceaux et en crème , assez fades !
Dommage
Le cadre est magnifique ainsi que la décoration , petit bémol : on a eu un peu frais ! Le service est compétent , nous remercions le chef qui nous a offert une bouteille d'huile olive bio. Un bon resto , ce dimanche midi .
