Hyères' must-visit restaurant-brasserie-glacier offering simple cuisine at unbeatable value for money.
Since 2018, the mythical Bon Coing, an anthology address in Hyères, has been taken over by Déborah and we can say that she has clearly given a second youth to this bistro. In this restaurant-brasserie-glacier, the cuisine is simple and good value for money: giant salads, fisherman's pot, fried mussels, grilled bass, entrecote... And for dessert, the choice is vast (ice creams, tarte Tatin or crème brûlée...) In July-August, from the aperitif hour, the atmosphere is in full swing on the Place Masillon, and the meals are all the more pleasant.
