Hyères' must-visit restaurant-brasserie-glacier offering simple cuisine at unbeatable value for money.

Since 2018, the mythical Bon Coing, an anthology address in Hyères, has been taken over by Déborah and we can say that she has clearly given a second youth to this bistro. In this restaurant-brasserie-glacier, the cuisine is simple and good value for money: giant salads, fisherman's pot, fried mussels, grilled bass, entrecote... And for dessert, the choice is vast (ice creams, tarte Tatin or crème brûlée...) In July-August, from the aperitif hour, the atmosphere is in full swing on the Place Masillon, and the meals are all the more pleasant.

Opening time and information on LE BON COING

Open all year round. Closed from the beginning of November to the end of February. In low season, closed on Tuesdays. In high season, open 7 days a week. From 7am to 12am. No reservation required. Card : 27 € approximately. Vacation vouchers. Groups welcome. Terrace. Store. Animations. Parking at 100 meters.

This establishment is the worst tourist trap than I made. Degree zero of the cuisine: inedible. Add to that a pitiful service and the loop is veiled. An excellent candidate for " nightmare in cusine". Choose the other restaurants of the place… them they are really friendly and quality.

Nous sommes Hyèrois, une salade immangeable à cause de cailloux donc retour d'une assiette pleine en cuisine.... Aucun geste commercial et 50€50 pour deux personnes... Même pas un café offert !!!

fantastic location, fine cuisine, innovations this year, the grilled fish very good J enjoyed at the excellent sea bass and sea bream. J return each years and never disappointed generous salads, very good meat " square D lamb excellent" finally, nothing to say except a bit loud music has some time of the evening but has share that we have a good time on this square and in this brasserie .nous experienced D different square some very well but 2 others waste... finally not D hesitate go to good quince... and try grilled fish, the pot and profiteroles really homemade...

L'emplacement est idéal: bel environnement et le midi la terrasse est ombragée et brumisée (été chaud!). Un grand choix de plats, les assiettes 'Dégustations' sont remplies comme il le faut. Le service st franchement agréable et le patron n'hésite pas à venir vous voir pour répondre à vos questions. Nous avons atterri là car un resto voisin (Chez Marius) où nous étions fidèles a sérieusement baissé en qualité et service. Nous ne regrettons aucunement notre choix et vous invitons à éprouver le même plaisir que nous!
