A forester and alchemist of the garrigue, Anouchka's passion for nature has been passed down from her ancestors, and it was in the midst of wild harvesting that her desire to differentiate herself from traditional liqueurs and arranged rums was born. Doctor "ès. Rhum", she produces elixirs where organoleptic balance is mastered. Saffron, wild fennel, rose geranium, cade berry, rosemary, thyme flower or myrtle, the aesthetics of the bottles are sublimated by the plant or fruit that expresses itself, infuses itself and offers such a unique and particular taste.
