CHÂTEAU DE PIBARNON
It was in 1978 that the family of Count Henri de Saint-Victor settled in this th century mansion. Today the P.O.P. Bandol vineyard, headed by the son, Éric, covers about 50 hectares, divided into restanques, where mourvèdre is king. Red wine, harmonious and complex, develops aromas of black fruits, flowers and sous, then truffles, spices, liquorice. Rosé is delicate, lively, full of freshness and is enjoyed on Mediterranean cuisine. The white is mellow in attack and develops a beautiful freshness in the mouth, underlined by subtle aromas of white flowers and fruit.
