HOSTELLERIE DE L’ABBAYE DE LA CELLE * * * * *
Hotel with annexed suites and a restaurant serving food from the organic vegetable garden
The main building, an 18th century house, houses the restaurant's dining rooms on the first floor, while the annex offers its suites and their small private gardens. In the kitchen, Nicolas Pierantoni has a passion for vegetables, whether they come from the Hostellerie's organic vegetable garden or from local producers. On a regularly renewed menu, you will find sometimes tender vegetables from Provence cooked with olive oil, sometimes a Mediterranean St. Pierre.

Les plats sont très fins et un mariage de saveurs dont nos palais se souviendront toute notre vie.
J'avoue préférer la saison hiver printemps, l'intérieur reste plus cossu que la terrasse.
