In the kitchen, Nicolas Pierantoni has a passion for vegetables, whether they come from the Hostellerie's organic vegetable garden or from local producers. On a regularly renewed menu, you will find sometimes tender vegetables from Provence cooked with olive oil, sometimes a Mediterranean St. Pierre.
