The wine-growing vocation of this castle dates back to the 1 st century B.C., a discovery made after the maintenance of remnants of an agricultural site with a Roman farm in 1996. The area that extends over 45 hectares presents two distinct soils, a hillside exposed to the south on 18 hectares in A.O.C. Côtes de Provence La Londe and a 7 hectare plain for IGP country wines, where seven Provençal grape varieties express themselves best to produce excellent wines in the three colors. Arnaud de Villeneuve Bargemon, her daughter and son-in-law, is actively involved in the renaissance of this castle with high-performance concrete, concrete and thermo-regulated stainless steel, cold group and chiller. Special mention for the cuvée Saint-Honat rosé.
