The beach table, Brigantine, with its waterside terrace, offers a gourmet stroll through various Italian regions, imagined by the hotel's head chef, Vincent Maillard, and executed with brio by Charley Bouhier, allowing you to discover the rich transalpine gastronomy: suppli al telefono, carpaccio di ricciola, spaghettoni cacio e pepe, scaloppa alla milanese, gnocchetti al pomodoro, tiramisù.. not forgetting the pizzas. Essen( Languste, Milanese)war lecker aber nicht so delikat, dass es die hochpreisige Speisekarte rechtfertigt.
Aber das schöne Ambiente, die tolle Lage und der hervorragende Service bringt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis wieder ins Gleichgewicht.

Wunderschönes Lokal, herrlich gelegen. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Bedienung fast! alle sehr freundlich . Besonders nett und bemüht die Dame vom Empfang . Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal mit der gesamten Familie im La Brigantine und haben uns überraschen lassen. Auf dem Tisch landeten letztendlich ein Lamm mit crispy Kartoffeln, die Pizza Bella Lucia, ein Scallopina Milanese und einmal Nudeln mit Gambaragout. Das Essen war, um es mit einem Wort zu beschreiben, PERFEKT. Die Wein Begleitung übertraf ebenfalls unsere Erwartungen und mein Homemade Eistee war der beste den ich je getrunken habe. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel und erfüllte ohne Probleme auch unsere Sonderwünsche. Das Ambiente entsprach ebenfalls unseren Ansprüchen. Das einzige Manko war der etwas gepfefferte Preis. Doch abschließend lässt sich sagen, dass wir uns einig sind: Wir kommen wieder!

The Brigantine was definitely worth the drive from Saint Tropez. The food and ambiance were fantastic. The sommelier was exceptionally friendly and added to our thoroughly enjoyable meal.
