MOULIN À HUILE GUIOL
Nine generations at the service of the olive tree at Guiol Mill. Purely local olive oils are pressed and sold. Soap sales.
Since 1789, know-how has been handed down from father to son at the Guiol mill. Nine generations at the service of the olive tree! It was André, who took over in 2000, who expanded the business by equipping the mill with a continuous extraction chain, in addition to the old-fashioned mill still in operation. The family orchard, also located in the village of La Farlède, includes almost 500 olive trees, some of which are several hundred years old. Visits and tastings are free, and the mill can be seen in operation from late October to mid-January.
