Vincent took over from Marcelle Baux, "Mamie", after she retired, leaving the secret of his recipes in the hands of the artisan jam-maker. You'll find around forty flavors of jams cooked in the traditional copper cauldron, as well as tapas (vegetable concasse and other preserves) and syrups, all made from fresh, local produce. You can find all our products by visiting our boutique, but you can also order them by click and collect or have them delivered!
