A trail in Europe's largest canyon, created some thirty years ago, for experienced and well-prepared runners.
For over 30 years, this trail in the majestic setting of the Verdon gorges has been a major sporting event in the Var summer. Since 2006, the trail has become a one-stop race offering several distances for participants. There's a 17 km trail, a 24 km trail and the longest, a 40 km trail. Start times are staggered from 5 a.m. onwards. A real performance reserved for seasoned, well-prepared runners. Also known as "Europe's biggest canyon trail", the organizers are making greater efforts each year to make the race eco-responsible.
