The 65 hectares of this vineyard enable the Combard family to produce Côtes-de-Provence in all three colors.
The 65 hectares of noble grape varieties, grenache, mourvèdre, cinsault, cabernet, syrah as well as ugni, rolle or sémillon for the whites, placed under the control of the Combard family, produce mainly rosés, 12% of reds, and 8% of whites. Three ranges, in Côtes-de-Provence, are available in the three colors, an IGP wine from the Var, in red and rosé, and very recently, a traditional method extra brut in rosé, "Atmosphère". The domain is full of effervescence and wines that make you love the colors of Provence. Beautiful table where to eat.
