DOMAINE DE LA JOUASSE
Abandoned to itself for a good 1988 years, conquered by mimosas and pines, the domaine de la Jouasse was only a wasteland in. It is therefore a young area stretching over 8 ha on the hillside, exposed to the south-east, facing the sea, protected from the mistral by the first foothills of the Massif des Maures. While everything invited to plant vines in a land with a large wine-growing majority after the freezing of 1956, it was the olive tree that was chosen. Olives are pressed in a private mill. Three oils are produced: AOC Provence in fruité green and ripe fruity (maturées olives), as well as Olea'kum, olive oil to kumquats, other production of the domain. A very successful wedding that restores your fish and desserts.
