One of the largest olive groves in the Var, with 4,000 trees and 19 hectares in production. Made from 5 varieties - Aglandau, Bouteillan, Cayon, Picholine and Grossanne des Baux - the olive oils of France and the AOC olive oil of Provence are a sure bet. In addition to its vast olive grove, the estate boasts a citrus greenhouse where yellow lemons, mandarins, kumquats and other Tahitian limes grow.
