It is at the very heart of the production site that you can recover from a pontoon that advances in the water, with a breathtaking view over Tamarisks Bay and its mussels and oysters. According to years and regulations, it is difficult to know exactly what will be proposed to the card, but no doubt that it will take the part of the seafood, directly out of the pastures and whose freshness is guaranteed at 100%.
