Opened in April 2016, L 'Avenue 83 is an open-air shopping center with a look of the Californian mall, planted with Mediterranean vegetation and punctuated with fountains, basins, terraces of coffee and restaurants, and relaxation spaces with giant long chairs. In total, it focuses more than 100 shops and restaurants, including the famous Primark, Habitat or Nike brands, and a Pathé Gaumont cinema with Imax Hall (one of the rare Hexagon) and since then technology 4 D with vibrating armchairs. It is an essential place for shopping, so Avenue 83 is also a great place to leave and enjoy. Proof of this is, for example, with the Pirate Theme Restaurant and its decor worthy of the greatest attractions, or with the restaurant Chez Le Brasseur, which breeds on the spot and in the view of all the beer served.
