L'excellence du local
J'ai eu le privilège de déjeuner à la Ferme Auberge un midi avec un client. Tout était exquis. Les produits sont frais et locaux car cultivés directement au domaine. J'ai particulièrement aimé les Oeufs à la bénédictine, élaboré avec les oeufs des poules du domaine, ainsi que du caviar soigneusement sélectionné par les propriétaires, anciens négociants en caviar. Mon plat principal était également superbe, avec une magnifique pièce de pluma ibérique, accompagné de patate douce, d'échalottes en pickles et de champignons. A découvrir sans hésiter!
