AUBERGE LA CAUQUIÈRE * *
This inn was fully renovated, and is located in the heart of the village, in the peaceful area, in a magnificent wooded park where you can find centuries-old trees. The majority of the rooms are overlooking on the swimming pool. The cuisine of chef Olivier Lozach and his team is prepared with fresh ingredients. The simple menu changes regularly and highlights a vast range of dishes, like bluefin tuna marinated and snacké tataki method as appetizers, served with remoulade of celeriac with wakamé, condiment curry and coconut milk, medallion of monkfish poached in a cream fish, risotto with leeks served while it's creamy, or veal cooked rosé with salteadora, conchiglie with chanterelles and Parmesan, and veal juice. The warm welcome of Stéphanie and Olivier, will marvelously delight you since the beginning of 2014.

C'est PARFAIT. LES PROPRIÉTAIRES, LEURS CUISINER SANS OUBLIER LE SERVEUR FONT UN TOUT IRRÉPROCHABLE.
