Located at the entrance to the village, this charming hotel, a former relais de diligence, has recently restored and soundproofed rooms. For your meals, in a decor that breathes Provence, grab yourself around plats dishes, renewed every quarter: Italian beef tartar with Parmesan, speck, basil and olive oil, royal bream net, virgin sauce and small vegetables, semi-baked wild pélamide (local fishing) to olive oil and flower, with celery and risotto, orange duck, or wok of saint-Jacques and small vegetables. Side dessert, carpaccio pineapple carpaccio and roasted pineapple sherbet, lemon-flavored cream, or more classical with chocolate profiteroles or greedy cabbage. A homemade kitchen to the tip of the spoon!
