Avevo prenotato tramite booking, pagato in anticipo, alla conferma della prenotazione si palesa il pagamento di una penale in caso di disdetta pari all'intera somma già versata, a una settimana dalla partenza a causa di un incendio che ha danneggiato la nostra azienda abbiamo inviato una richiesta di disdetta documentata da foto... chiedendo di poter disdire senza penale ...la struttura con freddezza e mancanza di tatto ci ha liquidato con un semplice messaggio in cui diceva che non era possibile cancellare senza penale...ho contattato il servizio clienti booking che ha provato a mediare ma senza risultati..... insomma rischio di pagare 1000.. ...quindi attenti a prenotare

Petit défaut au niveau de l'éclairage chambre,les chevet éclaire plus que la lumière de la chambre mais rien de bien méchant

à éviter. chambre pour 2 personnes ressemblant à des clapiers de lapins. une seule nuit nous a suffit. rien ne va. propreté douteuse. salle d'eau nulle. peut-être la piscine est bien pas testée vu le reste.
