It is a story of passion between Agnes Salmon, the manager and creator of the boutique and the products, which gave birth to a real Ali Baba cave with rum, absinthe and aniseed. There are about fifteen aniseed drinks selected for their controlled production process: Manguin d'Avignon pastis subtly enhanced with the flavours of the hill and pear, P'tit pastis bleu de Marseille infused with liquorice and star anise (it becomes emerald when exposed to water) ! Le Petit Futé has fallen in love with Aqualanca anise without liquorice, a blend of star anise, cardamom and peppermint... to drink very fresh. To test the experience around absinthe, Agnès is a true specialist, to taste as an aperitif or as a digestive, the secrets of production, the preparation techniques and the tasting of this diabolically divine drink are worth a visit. You can bring your own bottle and have it filled, otherwise beautiful glass creations are sold on site with a professional crimp for transport. The shop also offers refined olive oils, including black fruit, tapenades, homemade liqueurs, fruit jams, the famous baba au rhum, shuttles with real butter from Navarro, etc. An address to fall in love with.
