Jean-Luc Poinsot, winemaker, offers tasting workshops every month on the discovery formula, as well as a special seasonal harvest animation. On some weekends, entertainment is also organised for local tourist offices, which include it in their "Premium" cruise packages. The half-day lasts 3 hours during which Jean-Luc Poinsot presents the Bandol vineyard and its specificities, tells you the story of the Moulin de la Roque, and explains the different stages of wine making and tasting. After a brief introduction to the nose of the wine with a support developed by Jean Lenoir, it is time for a tasting: 6 to 8 nectars are proposed, and each step is skilfully commented. The full day also includes a wine grower's meal and a visit to the vineyard and cellar in the afternoon.
