The highest and northernmost of the bandolese estates, facing the bay of La Ciotat, houses a very old olive grove and vineyard, to which Soledad and Guillaume Tari have given a new lease of life. The cellar, equipped with the latest generation equipment, produces two red wines built for long ageing, two rosé wines with strong characteristics and a white wine, as well as extra virgin olive oil. Mr. Tari is the president of the current organization that defends and manages the Bandol AOC.
