This rotisserie, the antithesis of industrial rotisseries, offers fresh and local products of great quality: free-range chickens, yellow chickens, roast beef, ribs, roast pork, merguez sausages and chipolatas (made by a local butcher). Everything is marinated with a home-made marinade with a secret recipe and the vegetables are organic as they come from the owners' grandfather's vegetable garden! The establishment also offers local rosé wines and beer from the Golden Islands. Everything is local and fresh. A safe bet with a great welcome to boot!
