CHÂTEAU DU ROUËT
Winegrowing estate run for five generations by the Sabatier family. Several gîtes are available in the vineyard.
The vineyard is located in the foothills of the Estérel mountain range. Here, the Savatier family has been cultivating vines for five generations. The estate offers a range of cuvées, including the famous Cuvée Belle-Poule, named after the ship that repatriated Napoleon Bonaparte's ashes from the island of St. Helena in 1840. Two of its doors still adorn the château chapel, a former Templar farmhouse that became a stagecoach stop. You too can choose between a maison de maître (12 p.), two gîtes and 1 chambre d'hôtes.
