In July, the tourist season is at its peak in the Var. This year, many of you will enjoy the beach, the sun, and the softness of living from this small end of France. But why not add to this program a suspicion of sports training? On July 14 th, the Strides of Cotignac will drive the town and its surroundings from. In the programme: a rolling loop of 10 km, moving on the road through vineyards and hills. An excellent way to spend, but also to rediscover villages and landscapes (too) often neglected.
Tariff: 8 €.
Distance: 10 km.
Difficulty: average.
Rendez-vous: Gambetta courses to Cotignac. Departure at 16 pm and departure at 18 pm.
Other practical information: any non-licensee shall have a medical certificate indicating the absence of a contraindication to the practice of the race on foot.
