CLOS CIBONNE
This historic 24-hectare estate uses a rare Mediterranean grape variety, Tibouren, for wines classified as AOP Côte de Provence.
The vines on this historic estate overlooking the Toulon harbor have belonged to the Roux family since 1797. In other words, wine is a family tradition, but not as old as Tibouren, a grape variety that dates back to antiquity. Tibouren predominates in the production of the Traditions, Spéciales and Prestige cuvées, organic since 2020 and classified as AOP. You can buy these vintages, as well as the Tentations and Château Cibon ranges, via their online boutique or on site. Stop by on a Tuesday or Thursday for a tour and tasting.
