Catherine and Didier Carlier welcome you to their establishment, where the hotel was completely renovated in 2017 and the restaurant in 2018. The boarding house, created 140 springs ago, has changed a great deal, and the address is now a great success, thanks to chef Didier's traditional, Mediterranean home cooking: scorpion fish terrine and red mullet in aïoli, Provençal caillette, Mediterranean octopus a la plancha, Camargue red rice and bouillabaisse juice, local apricot and bourbon vanilla vacherin, raw fennel and absinthe syrup... Simple, charming rooms with sea views on the 1st and2nd floors await you, should you wish to make a stopover.
