If you want to recharge your batteries during your visit to the Domaine du Raylo, which takes you through different regions of the Mediterranean world, we invite you to take a gourmet break at the Café des Jardiniers. Chef Tom Ortin's seasonal cuisine is inspired by Mediterranean produce, most of which is sourced locally, in an eco-responsible approach. The menu is regularly renewed, and the desserts are particularly tasty, notably the homemade ice creams with tiramisu and seasonal fruits.
