CHÂTEAU RÉAL-MARTIN
A former estate of the Counts of Provence, the estate, which practices organic farming, extends over 230 hectares at an altitude of 350 metres. The Provençal bastide built in three distinct eras - 16th, 18th and 19th century - overlooks the 40 hectares of old vines and olive trees of the property. It is in the heart of the winery that the wines are made, while in the underground cellar, two hundred oak barrels allow the maturing and ageing of the Optimum, the prestige cuvée. All the Côtes-de-Provence AOP wines can be tasted in the cellar, located in the former farmyard of the château. Château Réal-Martin also produces its own extra virgin olive oil, the first cold press, from the estate's old olive trees.
