CHÂTEAU LES APIÈS
The 13 hectares in production, out of the 20 hectares of the estate taken over in 2001 by Luc Wouters, are composed of 8 grape varieties: mourvèdre, grenache, carignan, syrah, rolle, ugni blanc, cinsault and cabernet sauvignon. Integrated farming, hand-picking, so many good resolutions taken by Cathy, the owner's daughter and cellar master who now manages her father's estate entirely, which produces excellent AOP Côtes de Provence wines in all three colours. A comfortable oenotouristic gîte for 4 people, completely renovated, with swimming pool, available for rent.
