The Sibran-Garcia family, owner of the estate whose vineyard extends on the foothills of the Moors, seeks to optimize the quality by limiting the vintages, one for rosé, recognizable by its copper colour and its aromatic balance, one for white and two for the red, Véronique and Raphaëlle. Since 2011, the area mechanically harvested, which makes it possible to harvest, at night, as close as possible to optimum maturity of the grapes, its freshness and thus increase the homogeneity of the harvest and its quality. All wines produced by Château Maïme are certified agriculture. The area offers a character room for all your receptions, with two beautiful outdoor terraces and covered terraces.
