She was just 23 when she took over the family mill. Seven years later, Fanny Hermellin manages his mill with a hand and trim up to 65 tons of olives every season. With its continuous chain, it produces an olive oil from France from a combination of red and picholine, picholine, lucca and cayon, in green fruity. You can find it at the Moulin-sur-Argens and Saint-Aygulf markets.
