A jewel box of gastronomy nestled near Lorgues. A renowned restaurant, crowned with a Michelin star since 1990. Let yourself be carried away by a symphony of truffles, a range of dishes, each one more refined than the next. Carpaccio of scallops with black truffles, the signature melting potato with truffles... Chef Benjamin Bruno also graced us with a filet of turbot on asparagus from Provence, on which he generously grated white truffle from Piedmont. A marvel. Attentive service, an affordable chef. A table not to be missed.
