Adjoining the cellar, this brasserie offers, in a friendly atmosphere, tables in the cosy lounge area, facing the large fireplace, under the covered and heated terrace, where the throne is a Berkel ham trancheur and, from the fine days, on the outdoor terrace. The dishes imagined by Benjamin Collombat, home made, pick in the repertoire of the classics of French cuisine, ragaillardis by a touch of modernism, foie gras gras, chutney green lemon pepper; Aubrac's bœuf beef piece, ratte potatoes, sauce tartare; supreme poultry, saté crust, soup of vegetables; pizza pizza (chicken, fresh cream, onion, yellow wine, old county); Rocher chocolate rock. Accompanied, of course, by the wines of the castle.

La nourriture est délicieuse, avec l'accord des différents vins c'était parfait.
