CHAPELS OF OUR LADY OF BEN VA AND SAINT FERRÉOL
The Saint-Ferréol chapel and the Notre-Dame-de-Ben-Va chapel are close to the town and well worth a visit.
Close to the town, two pretty chapels are worth a visit. Dating from the 17th century, Saint-Ferréol is located on the hill overlooking Lorgues. With its eponymous Way of the Cross, it houses the patron saint of the village and a beautiful museum of sacred arts. As for Notre-Dame-de Ben-Va (bon voyage), entirely decorated with frescoes painted in the Middle Ages by an itinerant Italian painter, this charming little chapel is moving in its simplicity.
