Jérôme, the master chef, perpetuates a family tradition by preparing a cuisine resolutely turned towards the land and the seasons: roasted fillet of sea bream on cod brandade, tatin of fresh duck foie gras fried with apples. The two menus on offer are generous and tempting and give an insight into the talents of the house. The establishment also offers 13 3-star hotel rooms, including one adapted for people with reduced mobility.
