Paolo and Francesca welcome you to their little corner of Italy, where chef Paolo prepares creative dishes, roasted octopus with potatoes and colored peppers, seafood risotto, squid stuffed with fish ragout and bell pepper sauce, vitello tonnato, melting veal cheek with tuna and caper sauce, tomato and red mullet tartar, veal osso buco in gremolata and vegetable cassolette.. and of course the home-made pasta, pappardelle, tortelli with Sorrento herbs, tuffoli Mancini with carbonara, La Forge style, that he makes himself.
