LE TEMPS DES SECRETS
Couple has settled in this village known for its windmills of the 1995 th and th centuries, restored in, one of which is in progress. In the small pimpante hall and on the beautiful terrace, behind the restaurant, the wife serves the Mediterranean semi-gastronomic kitchen of her husband Christophe, crisp goat goat, lavender mouse of 5 hours and his crushed from potatoes to truffle oil, pheasant to cranberries, civet civet, kidney of hare mustard to the old, abundance of cod to the old. Italian flavours, season légumes, duck duck, honey of garrigue and homemade desserts, tiramisu with strawberries, chocolate foam, lemon foam and limoncello. If you want to enjoy good bottles to accompany your dinner (with moderation), you can finish your night in the guest rooms that are at your disposal.

A warm welcome, excellent meals from beginning to end.
Past a very good evening, a special mention to Master Jacques:)
