Nice hotel is 15km city center of Frejus. There is no restaurant side but a super market and sellers of car!
The room is rather small, clean and air conditioning was not super cold in the August but can be that it was because it was located at the end of the corridor...
The rooms are soundproofed and parking is closed at night. The wi-fi has market without problem during 5 days.
The downside is that you are far from everything!!!
