For over 20 years, lovers of transalpine cuisine have been gathering on the port of Les Lecques to discover the unique, colorful flavors of chef Hervé Marchetti. The wood-fired pizzas, soft to the core and crispy around the edges, are a firm favorite, as are some of the must-try items on the menu: linguine "aux mille saveurs", ravioli à la brousse, creamed paccheri with sea urchin coral, bottarga and lemon, swordfish a la plancha or veal osso bucco Milanese...
