For more than 20 years, lovers of transalpine cuisine have been meeting on the port of Les Lecques to discover the unique and colorful flavors of chef Hervé Marchetti. The wood-fired pizzas, soft at the core and crispy on the edges, are highly appreciated, as are the few must-haves on the menu: home-fried marinated mussels, confit lamb mice, fresh pasta and home-made potato gnocchi, wild sea bream tartare with lemon, ginger and granny smith apples... Enticing, isn't it?
